We hope you are all enjoying the build up to the Christmas period.

I just wanted to clarify our cut off times for deliveries before Christmas. We have had further questions since our last sent communication.
 

We are closing over the festive period on Tuesday, 23rd December 2025 at 17:30 and will reopen as normal on 2nd January 2026.

 

Please arrange any collection forms for DPFs as usual by using the button below by 12PM on 19th December 2025. We must recieve any DPFs on site here to have them cleaned and back out with the couriers in time before Christmas.

 

Any orders for engines that are in stock at the time of quote need to be ordered by 15:30 on Monday 22nd December 2025. Engines need to be in stock at the time of order to be dispatched on a service delivering on the 23rd December 2025.

 

Our standard quoted time frame for COU engines is currently 15 to 20 working days from receipt of the unit with us. Any further requests for Engine Rebuilds will now be dealt with after Christmas on our return on the 2nd January 2026. If you already have units with us and have not been promised a delivery before Christmas, please take into consideration that the days quoted do not include the time we are closed during Christmas.

 

Any orders for gearboxes that are in stock at the time of quote need to be ordered by 15:30 on Monday 22nd December 2025. Gearboxes need to be in stock at the time of order to be dispatched on a service delivering on the 23rd December 2025.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Some of our stock for gearboxes is not located on site where we are located. Due to courier restrictions some gearboxes will have a cut off time of 14:00 on 19th December 2025. We appreciate this is difficult and does not easily allow us to give you an accurate cut off time. Please ensure you call and check specific cut off times if you require your delivery before Christmas.

 

Any orders for turbochargers that are in stock at the time of quote need to be ordered by 15:30 on Tuesday 23rd December 2025. Turbos need to be in stock at the time of order to be dispatched on a service delivering on the 24th December 2025.

 

We will be offering a chargeable last-minute delivery service for engines and gearboxes only. Orders for these can be taken on the 23rd December 2025 and will be delivered at an extra cost on the morning of the 24th December 2025. These units must be in stock at the time of order. The costs for this service are below.
